Frank Cottrell Boyce （法兰克．考崔尔．波伊斯） 生于英国利物浦，毕作者：于牛津大学， 是英国剧作家、 小说家，偶尔也客串演员，为人知的代表作要算是其儿童小说及与电影导演Michael Winterbottom合作的电影。 在有限公司进入剧本写作之前， Frank为杂志Living Marxism撰写评论， 遇到Winterbottom之后， Frank 便为他写电影剧本。 Millions 原本是 Frank 和电影导演 Danny Boyle 合作所写的电影剧本， 后来 Frank 也改写为他的部小说， 并获得2004年卡内基文学奖 (The Carnegie Medal) ， 其他作品如 Framed 同时获卡内基文学奖及惠布瑞特年度*好书奖的入围肯定。 Frank 曾被电影评论家 Roger Ebert 评为当代少数具有原创性的剧作家之一。
